AUSKF Board Meeting and Kodansha Shinsa (APR)

Date: April 18-19th, 2026

- Day 1: Godo Keiko @ 16:00 - 18:00

SCKF Spring SHinsa (APR)

Date: Saturday, April 18th, 2026
Location: Walker Jr. High School, 8132 Walker St, La Palma, CA 90623
Eligibility: 3dan and above applicants must have participated in at least one shinpan seminar and one kata seminar
Shinsa fees for SCKF participants
- $30 kyu (both youth and adults, at dojo and at shinsa)
- $40 1dan
- $50 2dan
- $60 3dan
- $70 4dan
- $20 No Show Fee

Nisei Week Tournament (May)

Date: Sunday, May 3rd, 2026
- Sign-In: 08:00 - 08:30
Location: Workman High School, 16303 E Temple Ave, City of Industry, CA 91744
Divisions: 10-years old and younger, 11-13 years old, 14 -15 years old, jr girls (13 and under), Women's (14+), adult (16+, 0-4 kyu), adult (16+, 3-1 kyu), kyu team tournament (see details on website link below)
Fees:
- 15 and under: $25.00
- 16 and over: $35.00
- Bento: $15.00

28th California Memorial Kendo Team Tournament (MAY)

Date: Sunday, May 24th, 2026
Location: Marina High School, 15871 Springdale St, Huntington Beach, CA, 92349
Divisions: 11-years old and younger, Youth (12-14 years old) , Sr. Youth (15 -18 years old), Adult (19+), Women's (14+), Yudansha (14+), Masters (50+ and Dan only)
Notes:
- Team consists of 3 members.
- Yudansha women and Yudansha (Jr/Sr Youth) can participate in their division and Yudansha division.
- Sr. Youth can also enter women's division.
- Team order must stay consistent (cannot change order).
Fees (Note: fees have increased starting in 2025):
- 18 and under: $25.00
- 19 and over: $35.00
- Bento: $15.00
